If Kweon Seong-dong has been arrested before Nov 1, 2025, then the market resolves to Yes.

For purposes of this market, "arrested" means being taken into physical custody by law enforcement authorities (including federal, state, local, military, or international law enforcement), voluntarily surrendering to law enforcement authorities in response to an arrest warrant, or being formally booked or processed following detention. This includes being handcuffed and taken to a police station, surrendering at a police station or courthouse with an attorney, being arrested in any country, or being detained at an airport or border crossing and formally arrested. An arrest warrant being issued but not executed, brief detention without arrest, questioning without arrest, house arrest or electronic monitoring without physical custody, being named in an indictment without arrest, or protective custody that is not an arrest do not qualify. All times are evaluated in Eastern Time.
