Valid documentation includes official event photography, live television coverage, professional photography from Source Agencies, or video footage from Source Agencies. The person must be clearly identifiable. Carrying, holding, or draping the item without properly wearing it does not qualify. Similar but not identical items do not satisfy the criterion. Documentation where the person cannot be clearly identified does not count toward resolution. Each year, Victoria’s Secret typically designates one bra as the “Fantasy Bra” for its annual Fashion Show. The bra may also be given a unique name (e.g., “Royal Fantasy Bra,” “Champagne Nights Fantasy Bra”) in press releases or media coverage. For the purposes of this market, “Fantasy Bra” refers only to a bra that Victoria’s Secret explicitly refers to as the “Fantasy Bra,” regardless of its specific title. If no bra is designated as the Fantasy Bra for that year, all outcomes resolve to “No.” If more than one Fantasy Bra is designated, each wearer will be treated as a separate valid outcome.
