If House has a vote on an omnibus spending bill, minibus, or government-wide continuing resolution (CR) before Nov 13, 2025, then the market resolves to Yes.

For the purposes of this market, votes can include roll call votes, recorded votes, yea-and-nay votes, electronic votes (in the House), and Division/standing votes. Votes on cloture, on motions to proceed, and on final passage of a bill or motion will resolve this market to Yes. <p>However, voice votes where individual member positions are not recorded, unanimous consent agreements, votes in committee, presiding officer determinations, passages without an actual vote, and votes on amendments to a bill or motion (unless the market specifically refers to the amendment) will not count.</p>
