If the winner of the New York City mayoral election achieves the largest margin of victory among all elections in New York City mayoral election and California Proposition 50, then the market resolves to Yes.

The margin of victory is calculated as the absolute difference in vote share (expressed as percentage) between first and second place finishers. For yes/no referenda, it's the absolute difference between yes and no percentages. If official results aren't available by the deadline (one year after the election’s scheduled date), preliminary results from Source Agencies with at least 95% of expected vote are used.
