Issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited, HOODx trades 24/7 across EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Arbitrum and BSC) and Solana (SPL). HOODx holders gain real-time price exposure without voting or dividend rights, and can integrate it into DeFi for swaps, lending, and collateralization while enjoying borderless settlement and self-custody.

Each HOODx token is backed 1:1 by Robinhood Markets, Inc. shares (ISIN US7707001027) held in regulated custody by Alpaca Securities LLC, InCore Bank AG, and Maerki Baumann & Co. AG.
HOODx is available on EVM-compatible networks (Ethereum, Arbitrum and BSC) and as an SPL token on Solana.
HOODx carries no management fee currently (a fee up to 0.25% p.a. may be introduced later) and up to a 0.50% issuance/redemption fee when minting or burning tokens.
