If Argentina has abolished its central bank by Dec 31, 2025, then the market resolves to Yes.

This could include the proper dissolution of the bank, or a declaration by the government that the bank is no longer operational. If a new central bank is created immediately thereafter (or in conjunction with abolition of the current bank), abolition is nonetheless encompassed within the Payout Criterion. If a new central bank or monetary authority is created and the original central bank’s powers and duties are transferred to the new one, that would be encompassed by the Payout Criterion. If there is no longer an Argentine currency (e.g. the peso), and acceptable legal tender was only that created by other central banks (e.g. the American dollar) then that would be encompassed within the Payout Criterion.
